CDK - a company that provides software to auto dealerships for loan information and other services was recently attacked by ransomware, resulting in thousands of auto dealerships to resort to pen and paper methods to complete auto loans and other services.
CDK has indicated they intend to pay the ransom and will take several days to restore services.
